Ticket Assignment Process
1. Once we have agreed to accept your Ticket you will receive the following:
- An Individual Work Plan (IWP) that clearly indicates your career goals and details the services to be provided to achieve those goals.
- A Funding Schedule that details the reimbursable Career Support Payments and earnings criteria needed to qualify for Career Support Payments.
2. Review the Individual Work Plan, sign, date and mail to our office within 6 days of receipt.
It is important that we process your IWP within 14 days of your signature date.
3. When we receive your signed IWP you will be mailed the following:
- A copy of the IWP signed by Your Ticket Dollars for your record.
- Career Support Payment Request Form —submitted with evidence of earnings and receipts of your reimbursable work-related expenses.
